Yotel San Francisco
San Francisco, CA
NOT YOUR TYPICAL HOTEL ROOM  Yotel is a new hospitality brand offering an out-of-the-box guest experience. Focused on a younger clientele who are more concerned with experiences than thread counts, this hotel seeks to incorporate a variety of work and play focused amenities in the heart of San Francisco.
DEVELOPMENT AS STEWARDSHIP  The Grant Building’s historic bones provided an exceptional framework in which to situate micro hotel rooms. Tall floor-to-floor height allowed for creative use of the extra volume in the form of “sky beds.”
UNIQUE EXPERIENCE  The character of the historic resource resulted in a multivalent guest experience comprising old and new that is unachievable with new construction.
