88 at the Park
San Francisco, CA
BRINGING THE CITY INTO THE LIVING ROOM Inspired by the adjacent Jackson Field public park and Potrero Hill vista, the design incorporates large expanses of glass and operable glass walls to create a visual and physical connection to the outside. A rigorous façade and engagement with the outside provides a modernist architectural expression for the entire building.
DENSITY RULES By incorporating a number of unique unit types and configurations, the building achieves a higher than typical density for its lot coverage, height district, and construction type. Increasing project densities while maintaining exceptional livability standards supports efforts to make urban centers desirable again.
DOWNTOWN A VIEW AWAY An expansive roof deck focuses on the downtown skyline and city lights, providing numerous outdoor rooms with views as well as a Bocce court, outdoor kitchen, fire pits and outdoor theater.
