PROVIDING A HOME FOR SENIORS  3333 Mission Street will provide 70 affordable studio and one-bedroom homes for affordable- and moderate-income senior households with amenity spaces and outdoor courtyards for the residents along with a community room and park for the neighborhood to enjoy and engage with each other.

CONNECTING THE COMMUNITY  Interconnected green spaces across four levels seamlessly integrate existing and new elements cultivate internal while also link Bernal Heights to the Mission neighborhood. These green spaces encourage community interaction and promote wellness, with communal courtyards, roof decks, and wellness-promoting features including walking tracks and wayfinding elements.

SUSTAINABLE LIVING  Sustainability is a key focus incorporating low-carbon and healthy materials, all-electric systems, disability forward design, passive design strategies, and water conservation measures. Public art as educational and community-building elements aim to create a vibrant, sustainable, and inclusive environment that enriches residents' lives while enhancing the broader community.
