“Find your joy and let it run your life.” — Cleo Wade
What changes do you anticipate when thinking about the future of design? Architecture in the immediate future seems to be designing for the unknown. I see and hope for an increased respect and mindfulness for human wellbeing that translates to the spaces where we spend so much of our time. Encouraging engagement and a focus on the user will ideally result in healthy and creative workspaces extending value to the surrounding community.
How would you describe San Francisco architecture?
San Francisco architecture describes a path through history and can feel a lot like moving through a time capsule. One can see how the architecture responded to periods of need to provide fast, affordable construction for an influx of residents, building to withstand earthquakes, and incorporating the most modern and technologically forward components all while walking just a few blocks.
